OWN BREWERY
- since 2019 Emeran Restaurant has its own brewery
- copper two-hectolitre brewhouses brew Pilsner-type lagers and various seasonal specials
- we also prepare our own lemonades
- it is cooked exclusively from Czech raw materials and water, which is obtained from a deep borehole that runs through ancient silver veins – silver was mined in Klíny in ancient history
- beer and lemonade are fed from the tanks directly to the tap in the restaurant
