NOTICE:
- A refundable deposit of CZK 1,000 is collected for MERIDA bikes in cash at cash desk 2.
- The chairlift ride (bikepass) is not included in the rental price!
- We recommend to buy a bikepass at the ticket office No. 1.
BOOKING & INFO
- We only accept reservations ONLINE or in person at the cash desk nr. 2 with payment in advance. Telephone and email reservations are NOT accepted.
- Equipment capacity is limited, we recommend booking online.
- When booking online, you will select your dates, fill in your information and pay your rental fee online (payment by credit card, bank transfer, etc.).
- You have the possibility to manage your reservation, for example to reschedule it for another date if necessary.
- Half an hour before your reservation, report to the ticket office No. 2 in the complex (under the terrace of the Emeran restaurant), where you will receive a voucher to hand to the rental staff and the bike or scooter will be issued to you. Please have your ID card or passport ready.
- The prices include the bike or scooter rental and the rental of a classic bicycle helmet.
- The rental price does not include the cable car fare. We recommend buying a bike pass at ticket office 1.
- For MERIDA bikes, a refundable deposit of CZK 1,000 is collected in cash at cash desk nr. 2.
- It is recommended to watch the time of handing in the rented equipment.
